St Georges Recreation Ground is a green space complete with a play area, rebound wall and balance trail, making it appeal to children and youth from 3 to 18.

The play equipment includes junior and cradle swings, a maxi slide, a small rocking and rotating dish, and a train and a station structure to encourage role play. There is also a climbing frame with slide, a small  see-saw and low level balance trail to improve co-ordination and balance.

The ground also hosts a rebound wall for basketball and football practice. The site is easily accessible from Staple Close Lane, Worgret Road and Johnston Road. Limited parking is also available on these roads.
