About Face supports local people who have cancer of the head and neck, their families and carers.

We also aim to increase awareness of head and neck cancer issues, and support the ongoing education of trainee head and neck cancer surgeons.

Times and Costs
Opening times:
Drop-in! Tuesdays from 10:00am to 1:00pm! Every Tuesday morning (except public holidays) the kettle is on and you will be most welcome at the About Face Centre, whether you are a patient, loved one, carer, volunteer, supporter... or you would just like to have a look round with a view to getting involved., ;Otherwise, a Support Group meets once a month at the About Face Centre, on the first Monday in the month at 7.30pm (except public holidays). You are welcome if you have direct or indirect experience of head & neck cancer. The Centre Office is usually open from 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Everything that About Face does is free of charge in support of patients but the charity needs to raise over 80 thousand pounds per annum to afford this.

People who have been diagnosed with cancer of the head or neck or family or carer may find our one to one or group support helpful.
