Aqua therapy is therapy within a heated pool. It is of benefit to a large variety of conditions as it uses the properties of the water to assist with movement and exercise without the stresses of weight bearing. The water supports joints, offers gentle resistance for the muscles to work against and encourages relaxation.

All therapy sessions are run by qualified physiotherapists who have had extensive experience within the pool environment. Sessions would help children and adults suffering from any joint problems, muscle weakness, neurological issues, balance and co-ordination difficulties and persistent pain. Pre and post-operative treatments are available.

Individual or group sessions can be arranged and the number of sessions required can be estimated after initial assessment.
