The UCan Project is for people in the Dorset area, aged 25 and over who are not in paid employment. We can help and support you to achieve your learning, training and employment goals. Our supportive team will listen to your needs and offer specific and tailored information, advice and guidance. We can also help you to access and connect to a range of additional services in our community. This will help you progress on your own personal journey and together, we can help you to achieve your goals

• Work: If it's a job you are looking for, we can help you to prepare for this. We will actively work with employers to ensure they understand your specific requirements to help you find and keep the right role for you.
• Education and Training: If you are looking to strengthen your skills, start a training course or gain a qualification, together we can identify and access the right course for you.
• Digital Skills: Our qualified in house Tutors are here to help.
• Health & Wellbeing: Our Wise Choices programme is here to support you with your mental health and wellbeing.
