You said you wanted: More factsheets and useful resources.

We did: We’ve added a section called advice and support which has links to other organisations and groups and links to factsheets specifically for people with SEND.

You said you wanted: More information about the processes and stages people go through when they have SENSENSpecial Educational Needs is a term which refers to children who have learning difficulties or disabilities that make it harder for them to learn than most children of the same age.. Not just for adults but for children and young people too.

We did: We’ve added a section called 'what happens when' where you can find out about what happens in a range of different scenarios, from changing school to getting a diagnosis.

You said you wanted: More information on children’s activities for different ages and abilities.

We did: We’ve added a section about finding activities in Bournemouth, we’ll also include clubs and groups in our directory. If you’re a member of a club and it’s not in our directory, let us know so we can add it.
