I have been a registered childminder for many years, located mid-way between Poole and Bournemouth, ideal for main routes to both towns, with ample parking. I am married with two adult children and completed an Early Years Degree in 2012. I can offer the 2, 3 and 4 year old funding. I strongly believe that a home based Childcare setting is the best possible start to a child's life, providing them with individual care, learning and attention that every child deserves. I work alongside my husband who is also an Ofsted registered Childminder and is qualified to NVQ level 3 in Childcare and Development. Having a male, as well as the more traditional female carer, allows us to provide 'balanced' care. This is really beneficial and our families are delighted to confirm the positive impact it has had. Together we offer a warm, friendly, professional, safe and playful environment for children to learn and develop in. I am out and about to parks, the beach, toddler and play groups, soft play areas and many others, meeting other children in the community. I have a secure garden with varied play equipment as well as indoor toys and activities to suit all ages. I provide nutritious snacks and have separate sleeping areas for the children. Working in partnership with parents is a priority to me.
