A range of support is available for families living in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. By working alongside local communities, with other professionals and the voluntary sector, we aim to provide the right help at the right time for you and your family.
We provide help from pregnancy onwards and support families with children aged 0 to 19 (or up to 25 for those with Special Educational Needs and/or DisabilitiesDisabilitiesA physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term negative effect on an individual’s ability to do normal daily activities.).
Across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, there are six family hubs and three outreach centres (formerly called children’s centres).
