Early help programme and family support teams are based in and around our nine family hubs and two outreach centres. We work across local communities in partnership with other professionals and the voluntary sector to support parents to build confidence, resilience and develop skills.

Our programme offer is part of a range of opportunities to meet parents needs as and when help is required. The offer is shown under age ranges, which relate to the family hub timetables and covers four main areas:
