Special Needs Nanny
Our agency owner is qualified and experienced in caring for children with special needs, she has cared for a variety of children with varied needs and previously worked as a family support worker for Bournemouth Disabled Children's Team and as a Learner Support Worker. She has a huge amount of knowledge and understanding on the right care for children of all abilities.Our nannies are personally interviewed and vetted, we also ensure they have the correct knowledge and qualifications to ensure they can help your child strive forward and reach their individual goals. Many of the nannies can communicate using pecs or Makaton, a simplified version of British Sign Language.Our nannies can be Ofsted registered allowing you to use tax credit, bursaries, vouchers or salary sacrifice schemes. They can accept direct payments and be highly flexible on the hours they work.They are able to work for families on a one-off basis, monthly basis, daily basis, during the weekend and even stay overnight. Contracts can be permanent set hours, flexible hours or on a temporary basis.The nanny is even able to care for your child's siblings, enabling the children to play and interact together.
