Your Max Card

 Max Card is a national discount card enabling children with additional needs to benefit from reduced, or free entry to over 1,500 UK attractions and day’s out. A free Max Card is available to families living in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole who join the Children's Disability Register.  

Using your Max Card

Once you have received your card, sign it and simply present it at your chosen attraction for free or discounted entry.

How do I use my Max Card at Merlin Entertainment attractions?

To access the Merlin Entertainment offer you need to:

  • find the attraction you would like to visit on the Max Card website
  • type in your card number & expiry date to reveal the Merlin offer page
  • call the booking line provided and quote the revealed discount code
How long is my Max Card valid for?

The reverse of your card shows the expiry date, but generally your card will be valid for at least a year.

What do I do if I lose my Max Card?

If you lose your Max Card, contact the Family Information Service on 01202 093131 or email us at familyinformation@bcpcouncil.gov.uk

What do I do if I have any issues with my Max Card?

In the first instance contact the Max Card team at: www.mymaxcard.co.uk

If your card number is not working email: hello@mymaxcard.co.uk with the card number and expiry date and the Max Card team will get back to you.

My favourite venue or attraction isn’t a member of the scheme

If you have a suggestion for new attractions email hello@mymaxcard.co.uk or enquire directly at the venue. Tell them about the scheme and ask them to contact Max Card at www.mymaxcard.co.uk
