The "unique Synergy ID" is the number allocated to your child or young person's assessment. This can be found on both the 'acknowledgment letter' and the 'agree to assess' letter, under the 'our reference' heading.
Any parent or carer of a child or young person who has submitted an Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment request, or who has an existing Education Health and Care Plan can access the portal.
The portal is synced daily, therefore if an Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment workflow has been set up or progress updates have been made, these will be visible to you on the following day. If you have an existing EHCP you can see information about upcoming review meetings and who your current case officer is (please note that following changes to case officers, the portal may take up to 2 weeks to update).
If you are having difficulties finding your child or young person’s record, please check how you have entered their first name, last name, date of birth and Synergy ID ( the Synergy ID, also sometimes known as the unique reference number, can be found on letter headings or on the EHCP)
