The SEND Panel

The SEND panel advises the local authority on its decisions about Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

The Panel is a group of people that meet every week (during term time) to discuss EHCPEHCPA legal document that describes a child or young person's special educational, health and social care needs.
