The Holistic Weekend really is packed with things to do for all ages – from those on a spiritual quest, to those looking to improve their health and well-being to others maybe simply wanting to soak in the atmosphere and enjoy the wonderful stands. It’s a magical indoor winter festival, sister to the awesome Healing Weekend summer festival that takes place in Somerset.

Explore and enjoy some relaxing therapies and healings sessions, or attend any of 30 free daytime workshops, with some first class facilitators, each offering glimpses into ways you can delve deeper into a number of spiritual pathways and experiences, learning more about how to relax, meditate, or explore the benefits of adopting such practices of mindfulness, or perhaps developing your own spiritual gifts or even negotiating your life’s pathway. Not forgetting that we also have a full free children’s activities programme too!

This event is widely regarded as the finest of its kind on the South Coast, the perfect way to bring some sunshine and joy during the colder winter months.
