The Muddy Dog Dash is back at Upton Country Park for 2025!

Bring your furry friend or join the fun solo as we tackle a dog-tastic obstacle course designed for all abilities! Choose between the 2.5km or 5km routes and navigate through:

Muddy ditches
Tunnels
Wiggle poles
Tyre runs and ramps
Doggy Disco (new for 2025!)
Colour Rope Jump (new for 2025!)

 Whether you walk, jog, or skip, it's all about having fun while supporting a great cause.
