Ju-jitsu involves throwing, locking, disarming, kicks & punches to over come an assailant. Ju-jitsu is the ancient art of the Samurai warrior and is known as the gentle art. By studying Ju-jitsu you can overcome or yield your opponent who may be bigger, stronger or you may have more than one opponent.
The self-defence aspect of Ju-jitsu is used by many police and military forces around the world, making Ju-jitsu the best form of self-defence. Sport ju-jitsu is also very popular and students can test their skills out in regular competition.
