Epilepsy Action exist to improve the lives of everyone affected by epilepsy. To do this we must ensure that all people with epilepsy have specialist healthcare and treatment for their condition and can lead their lives free of stigma, prejudice and discrimination.
We provide support and information, in print and directly through the  Epilepsy Helpline. We also offer tips for living with epilepsy, as well as videos and interactive quizzes.  Our UK wide network of groups is growing all the time and gives people a great chance to share experiences and support each other.
If you would like to talk to someone about epilepsy, our Epilepsy Action helpline advisers are here to help. We offer confidential, personal advice. Call 0808 800 5050 (international +44 113 210 8800) or text, tweet or Facebook.
