By registering online or calling our Weymouth based call centre, residents can access a range of healthy living advice and coaching. Advisers offer lifestyle guidance and support choices. Coaches can empower you to set and achieve lifestyle changes (typically six one-to-one telephone consultations). Advisers and coaches direct clients to a range of opportunities including discounts to local gyms and weight loss group vouchers.

Eligibility criteria:
Livewell Dorset Service is a free wellbeing support service for all adults over 18 and is available across Dorset. Service users must be registered with a Dorset GP. We work alongside many of the health services, charity organisations, GP?s, hospitals, pharmacies, private health and wellbeing providers and many more, within Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset and can offer information about what they can offer you. We will also be offering opportunities to attend ?drop-in? clinics across Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset, these will be held in local community based venues with suitable access available. For under 18 year olds, we can recommend suitable services to you. We have an out of hours answer machine service.
