Eligibility criteria:
Patient Advice And Liaison Service (PALS) is available within Dorchester County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Dorchester, Dorset.
Referral process:
  • An answer phone message can be left for the PALS team or an email can be sent, both answered within 72 hours during opening hours. PALS can be contacted via letter, email, telephone or a walk-in service is offered at the hospital. If contact is made by letter/email, please include patient details (name, address, date of birth, telephone number and hospital number if known), your name and contact details, your relationship to the patient, clear description of your concern/complaint, the ward name/department the query relates to and name any relevant staff, include any relevant documents and your desired outcome i.e. how we can help best resolve your concern or complaint. All correspondence is treated with the utmost confidence.
