Alcohol Change UK was founded in 1984 as the national charity working to help reduce the problems that can be caused by alcohol.

We do this by helping people with information, advice and support with their questions about drinking and the problems that can sometimes be caused by alcohol. We also help professionals working with people with alcohol problems and we campaign for a different drinking culture.

Our big aim is to create a society in which alcohol does no harm. We wouldn't be able to do any of our amazing work without our supporters.
