People admitted to St Ann's Hospital are usually in the most acute phase of their illness. The aim of all staff is to stabilise their health needs and return back to their own home where they will be supported by the Crisis Team and / or their Community Mental Health Team in their own familiar surroundings.
All new service users to this facility receive all the relevant information that will make their stay much easier. Each member of staff works closely with service users and their families to ensure high-quality care and a smooth, speedy recovery.
