Information for families in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole

Poole Waste Not Want Not

Poole Waste Not Want Not runs a community shop that is intended for individuals and families that are struggling to maintain a nutritious diet due to financial hardship.

We are working with a local food bank and 6 suppliers within the community to offer food at a discounted price, or by donation in the case of extreme hardship. Users of the service are able to chose their own food which includes fresh and refrigerated products. Alongside this the service offers support and advice, including a 6 week cooking course, debt management advice and signposting to relevant services in the community.

To use this service you must be referred by a professional or another service dealing with financial problems.
