SNG

SNG logo

SNG is a social business and one of the largest housing associations in the country. We provide over 55,000 homes for around 130,000 people in housing need across the south and south west of England and the Isle of Wight.

We're a major developer of affordable housing, building around 1,600 new homes each year to rent or buy. This includes a growing portfolio of quality private rented homes and outright sale where it makes sense to do so, reinvesting the profits into more affordable homes.

SNG is committed to helping those in housing need in the communities where we work, with long-standing relationships among our local authority partners. SNG was formed in November 2016, as the result of a merger between Spectrum Housing Group and Sovereign.
