Health visitors will provide information, advice and support including parenting support, health and developmental reviews, immunisation details and the physical and emotional wellbeing of children. They work with families, early years and other health colleagues and agencies to support the health and well-being of pre-school children across Dorset. 

They offer a confidential text messaging service for parents and carers of children aged 0 to 5 years called ParentLine: 07312 277162. This service is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
