We will listen to your comments and feedback and if something hasn't gone so well, where we can, we will put things right as quickly as possible. 

We can help to sort out problems on your behalf, provide help and support to patients, their families, carers and friends, listen to suggestions, queries and concerns, and provide information on NHS services.

  • We are happy to see you in person but please telephone first to make sure that someone is in the office as we are often called out to see patients in the hospital.
