We offer support, advice and signpost parents, carers and families around Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (with or without a diagnosis) including education and health issues. We welcome also grandparents, friends or additional family members who would like to share their experiences with us.

We are an independent charity and rely completely on charitable funding and donations, without them we would not be able to function to meet the needs of our parents and carers of hard to reach families, young adults and children with all kinds of disabilities and SEND.

The services and advice we offer are independent of any other organisations and are offered by fully trained volunteer staff, with enhanced DBS and first hand experience.

We are well known locally to many parents and carers of children and young people as well as adults with all kinds of disabilities, with or without a diagnosis, and have been helping our clients for many years. We started in Bournemouth and have now extended to Poole and Christchurch (BCP Council area). We have an open door policy for friends, relatives or family members and offer them support and guidance, including those who occasionally look after children or adults with all kinds of disabilities and SEND. Everyone is welcome.
