LiveYou helps young adults with severe disabilities employ personal assistant support packages. Our service is specialised for people who require live-in support. LiveYou can begin working with clients aged 16+. Whilst their support packages will come into effect when they turn 18, having their package in place prior to this allows for a seamless transition into adulthood where the user can focus on achieving their personal goals, as opposed to worrying about their disability support.

LiveYou can help clients prepare for their transition into adulthood from aged 16+. We arrange meetings with the client so we can get to know them as an individual. From these meetings, we can create a plan on how to progress with creating the support package.
