Shaftesbury Horizons is a residential transitional service for up to 13 young adults, based in Poole, Dorset. Residents have physical and intellectual disabilities and associated medical needs.

Horizons residents, are supported to access the local community, gain life skills and attend further education and courses. Our core values are at the heart of everything we do, with an inclusive environment that promotes independent living skills and interests.
