We are a residential transition service for young adults aged 18-25 years old. We have a dedicated team of support staff who are well trained and experienced. The team understands the needs of each individual and provide personalised support.

Horizons offers young adults with a range of disabilities the opportunity to live with their peers, develop friendships, confidence and to identify their own needs for the future.

We offer support for all aspects of daily living. We are able to access facilities at VEC during the evenings and weekends.

Activities include: swimming, bowling, faith group, art & craft and pub nights.
