We did: We are aiming to reply to phone calls within three working days and emails 5 working days. This is something the team are working hard to achieve daily.

You said: Parent/Carers feel that their child/children are not getting the support that they need. (SEND Survey)

We did: WORKSHOP (x2) – to be arranged to understand support required and identification of gaps 

You said: Young People - SEND Survey can be difficult to do and I struggle filling it in.

We did: We are currently creating an easy read copy, so it is more accessible.
