We did: We have created a EHCEHCEducation, Health and Care Needs AssessmentAssessment Measures children and young people’s learning and development and identifies additional needs.  portal which you can assess via the Local OfferLocal OfferA local authority website resource that holds information on services and provision for children and young people with SEN and disabilities across education, health and social care and leisure.. This will show you where you are currently at in the assessment process.

Next steps will be to expand the portal to those who currently have an educational health care plan in place

We did:  We have created an educational health care plan needs assessment portal. This will allow you to log in an check the stage of your child's assessment. 

You said: You also asked that this portal be expanded to those children who already have plans

We did: Good News! We have worked hard with the IT team who have now expanded this portal and those with existing plans can also now see any updates.
