Little Angels is a term time nursery that is open as a holiday club at Easter in the summer and Christmas. We have been established in the main hall of st Michael's church in Hamworthy for the past 20 years.
We have highly qualified staff who are dedicated to making Children's lives fun through early years education in the nursery and exciting physical or creative activities in the holiday club.we have the use of a large gym/ hall for physical games such as volleyball, basket ball, football, tag games, numerous sports resources such as balls, skipping ropes, skittles.
We have an outside play area and large car park which is free to park.we have the use of a carpeted soft exercise room for yoga and stretching exercises. We offer space for children to be creative whether that s through disco and dance or creative art lots of arts and crafts for children to use their imagination. All children will be given a home cooked hot meal to school standards and healthy dessert with snacks throughout the day.
We take children from aged 2-12 we encourage the children to help prepare and cook the meals, we develop life skills and the children are part of our decision making the holiday club is based around the children's ideas and what they want to do, it gives them a sense of belonging and being part of a team, the holiday club is a place to make friends, eat healthy and enjoy a fun filled day.
LEVEL 3 - Your club is will be suitable for children who have moderate to severe needs, and those who will need direct support with personal care and will need one to one support with eating their lunch. Your club is suitable for children who are known to demonstrate risky behaviours such as being harmful to themselves or to others.
