ChatHealth: 07480 635511 (available Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm)

ChatHealth is a text messaging service for young people aged 11 to 19 to be able to access advice and support from a member of the school nursing team. Young people can seek advice on mental health, exam stress, bullying, relationships, alcohol and drug use and more.  

Dorset ParentLine: 07312 277162 (available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)

ParentLine is a confidential text messaging service for parents and carers of children aged 0 to 5 years where they can access advice and support from a member of the health visiting team. Advice is available on a range of issues such as infant feeding (breastfeeding/bottle feeding/weaning), sleep, minor illness, toileting, behaviour, parenting and more.

ParentLine is not an emergency service, for urgent medical attention contact your GP, 111 or 999.
