Each hub has a targeted family support team; a team of workers who help children, young people and families to understand their needs and the support that they may already have available to them. They will help your family identify a network of family, friends and, if appropriate, other professionals who can come together to agree who will do what, to support your child or family.

Family support teams will also link with the schools, early years settings and other services in their local area to help identify families in need of support and to develop ways of working that provide the best opportunity for children, young people and families to lead the best lives.
